KJPP Nirboyo Adiputro, Dewi Apriyanti & Rekan (KJPP NDR) is
a transformation of PT Laksa Laksana, which has been
involved in Professional Appraisal in Indonesia since 1989. This
transformation is in line with the issuance of Regulation of
Minister of Finance Republic of Indonesia No 125 dated 3
September 2008, which regulates the transition of appraisal
services from Limited Liability Companies (PT) to Appraisal
firms (KJPP). This change is documented in Notarial Deed No
132 dated 28 June 2005 by Public Notary Ny Hari Suprapti
Suwarno, SH and Amendment Deed No 02 dated 20 July 2023
